I'm Michelle, Co-Founder of More Wellness and Year to Rise. I am also one of your coaches on this journey to becoming your best self. I get where you are right now because I've lived it more than once. I understand it's hard to transform your body and life, and I validate it can seem impossible.
Years of personal experience as a coach and a woman who struggles have taught me that the journey you are on is more mental and emotional than it is just you eating less and moving more.
